Honorable Kabiru Adjoto, the former factional Speaker of the Edo State House of Assembly, has been dealt a severe blow by his own party. The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has taken the unprecedented step of suspending him indefinitely amidst allegations of anti-party activities and misappropriation of party funds and Christmas palliatives.
In a press statement made available on Friday, the People’s Democratic Party’s Chairman in Igarra Ward, Akoko-Edo Local Government Area, Prince Kayode Ogunnubi communicated the suspension indefinitely.
